Story.
From Executive Search to Embedded Leadership Partner.
Frisch began over twenty-five years ago with a clear focus: helping some of the world’s most iconic consumer brands find the leaders who could drive growth and transformation.
From the start, our difference was never just a transactional process, but a deep partnership understanding our clients’ culture, business strategy, ambitions and the markets they compete in.
That commitment built enduring relationships and remarkable results: across more than 600 leadership appointments, not one failed within the warranty period, and many leaders stayed for a decade or more.
We saw a clear pattern behind every successful appointment: a powerful alignment between ambition, context, and culture. We understood that leadership isn’t universal; it must reflect the unique dynamics and identity of each organisation.
So we began to define each client’s leadership reality, the strategic, organisational, and cultural factors that shape performance, and made it the centre of our work. What emerged was our Context + Culture model and a new way of partnering.
Search became one element of a broader capability: integrating assessment, onboarding, and coaching to ensure that every appointment strengthens the whole leadership equilibrium, the balance between individual talent, collective capability and organisational context. We also built tools and analytics to capture cultural signals, assess potential, and track leadership quality across pipelines.
