When Nike built Apparel, Retail and Category Management capability, we supported the business with 50+ placements in Europe, North America and APAC. Nike’s global revenues quadrupled during the time we worked with them.
8 of our placements rose to VP/SVP positions, and another 8 progressed to key global roles at Nike’s HQ in Portland/OR. 2 of our placements moved to hold senior leadership roles in China.
When Starbucks transitioned to a new operating model, we assisted in building regional and market leadership teams in Europe. We made 9 placements in 2 years, including the Regional VPs for People/HR, Store Design, Development and Marketing.
We also worked with Starbucks, placing leadership talent in the emerging consumer products organisation.
VF Corp’s revenues grew from $7.6bn to $12bn in the time we worked with them. We placed 34 leaders with The North Face, Vans, and Timberland, including 3 executives who have risen to Regional or Global senior leadership positions.
