When Nike built Apparel, Retail and Category Management capability we supported them with 50+ placements in Europe and Asia.

8 of our placements rose to VP/SVP positions and another 8 progressed to key global roles at Nike’s HQ in Portland/OR. 2 of our placements hold senior leadership roles in China today.

Nike’s global revenues quadrupled since we started working with them. 9 of our placements are still with the company and have an average tenure of 18 years.


When Starbucks transitioned to a new operating model, we assisted in building market leadership teams in Europe. We made 9 placements in a period of 2 years, including the Regional VP’s for Store Design, Development, Marketing and HR.

We also worked with Starbucks placing leadership talent in the emerging consumer products organisation.


VF Corp’s revenues have grown from $7.6bn to $12bn since we started working with them in 2008. We are proud to be a preferred partner.

We have placed 28 leaders with The North FaceVans, and Timberland, including 3 executives who have risen to Regional or Global Brand President roles.
